hi! All of a sudden Native Access (both old version and new one) thinks that 201 of my products are not installed, even though they are. If I point each one individually to its library (which has never moved) it finds it, but is there anyway to get this to work all at once? So frustrating ... thanks!

Update: I installed a few of the libraries, and whereas it did not create a duplicate folder in the default library, it DID significantly lower my hard drive space, but I can't figure out where those files are?? UGH.

Hey @eroxx What is your operating system ? In Native Access 2 you should find the installation paths here:

    Mac 12.4

Yes, my point is that I have a TON of products showing up as NOT installed, even though they are. And I don't want to individually locate each one (there's over 180 that are showing up as not installed)

Please make sure that Native Access 2 has Full Disk Access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Does that fix the issue ?
