Shouldn’t I see those numbers change as I record automation?

I am holding auto button to record changes to a parameter. However the values that normally are displayed in ms or other measurements just show 0.0%.

As I turn knobs, the display doesn’t change values but the automation is recorded.

Shouldn’t I see those numbers change as I record automation?

    Note: this is in the macro view. I can see values changing on the instrument view but not on macros
