Not sure why you have the S3 set up as an input device? Pretty sure what you want to do can be doe without external cables.
Are you using the S3 as a midi device only? That's what I'd do. Use the MOTU device as the AI, and the S3 as your controller.

Hi, thanks for the answer. I use traktor s3 in traktor software, I wish to route the 4 channels of the controller to Ableton so I can use both, what u say is mapping the controller in a Ableton as a midi device? If I do that it's just better I buy something like akai mpc 40 and do everything on Ableton, that's not what I want to do at the moment,mostly because I have also the traktor f1 with the remix decks I like to use as well.

I think using the MOTU and the S3 AI's is causing you issues.
Just use the S3 AI, and do all the routing in Jack.

I tried that before buying the MOTU, indeed I bought it because I thought it could help me to route the channels, of course I will try again without the MOTU AI. Thanks.

it doesn't come out any sound at all doing the routing in jackrouter 😞😫😭

Post some pics of your routing in Jack Router. Expand all the inputs/outputs for the image.
I'm sure we're missing something simple. I've had this working on Windows perfectly some years ago...

Yeah of course mate.
I'm thinking I will try the Virtual Audio Cable software it looks more complicated than jackrouter but I will give it a try.
