TRAKTOR WITH S2MK3 CRASHED 3 rd time with the same error

Hello ,

Tracktor crashed yesterday for the 3rd time with the same way durring a gig.

I manage to find the error today and I attach a screenshot.

Any idea what it is and how to prevent it in the future?

    Hello,

    maybe try another usb cable and usb port. Try an older driver for the s2mk3, if available, could work. But i guess we need native support here.

    Out of the interest, since you are also running Windows on your computer.

    1 - What other USB-MIDI hardware and MIDI capable applications do you have installed?

    2 - Did you run any scripts for optimization or windows debloaters that could stop the processes wiuthout you knowing?

    3 - What Antivirus software do you have installed?

    winlogon.exe is a background task related to user profyles and security.

    Hello Stevan ,

    1- I dont use any other USB-MIDI hardware nor any MIDI applications.

    The only other device connected to my PC while this happened was a mouse.

    2-Haven use and scripts either

    3-I have AVAST antivirus

    Never used Avast but I had issues with other AV and Traktor in past. Do you have it disabled before starting Traktor?
