Why are my purchases under review?

I've spent thousands of dollars with Native Instruments, have Komplete 13 Ultimate Collectors, countless other expansions etc. I use the same info, same laptop, same card and when I try to make a purchase (just tried to buy Empire Breaks) I can't download it and it says 'Under Review'. I've never dealt with an issue like this with any other company and it's happened to me multiple times here. I'm done with NI products

    That could be probably linked to your payment that has not been accepted yet (regardless if it has been debited or not).     When I bought Empire Breaks yesterday, the payment (PayPal) went through immediately, then I ran Native Access and downloaded my new purchase. No delays at all.

    Where are you based, and did you use a debit or credit card? Maybe PayPal would be faster.
