Hi Community,

When I load patches of one of my ext. drives, they show up fine in Kontakt, but the samples are not loading.

This is not happening on another, similar drive - there the samples load fine.

The samples are there and updated. (Spitfire in this case)

this is driving me nuts - any help appreciated.

(see screenshot below)

Thanks,

Markus

Hi, thanks for your reply. I did give full disk access to Kontakt. didn't work

    I figured it out though:

-> Kontakt Preferences -> Memory -> KMS Memory server to "OFF" ... this fixed it for me

Have you tried clicking the Down Arrow next to "Purge" and selecting "Reload all Samples"?

Yes, and I did a batch resave as well … nothing seems to fix it

Have you granted full disk access to That Drive for Kontakt

BTW..just riffing here with the usual resolutions.

and have you checked to make sure that the "Library" location in preferences matches the location of the samples folder?

I am having the same issue - I've tried re-installing the libraries with Native Access as well as follow the steps others have suggested but to no avail.

I tried > Kontakt Preferences -> Memory -> KMS Memory server to "OFF" (see settings in pic):

Does anyone have any further suggestions or have found another solutions?

    Thanks!
