All Maschine soft is on external HD. Switch PC

Dear all

I am planning to buy a new BIG laptop for my maschine software.

I want to keep the two laptops operational to use them mutually exclusive

So a license transfer is not the answer.

All extensions and instruments are on an external HD.

Question :

What is the easiest way to have ALL the software visible on the new PC and keep it visible on the old one too !

Clearly I do NOT would like to download and reinstall everything

    Hello,

    you don´t have to transfer the license you can install it on your two laptops and use one installation at a time. You have to relocate all libraries if you don´t want to redownload them, install all programs and vst´s internal and just the libraries on the external drive.

    Or skip idea of external drive, if internal ones are faster and have space for all libraries...

    Just relocate from external to internal on old one, and copy from external to internal and relocate on the new one...
