guitar rig 7 not receiving input, but interface and speakers are

I am having trouble getting Guitar Rig 7 to receive input. Currently, the interface and speakers to which the interface is connected are receiving input from my guitar. I am using a MacBook and a Behringer UMC22.

Could someone PLEASE help?

Hello,

on mac there is a microphone security setting preventing inputs from working, have you checked that?
