Hi everyone,

I recently updated to Monterey. I've updated all my NI plug ins, but some of them are causing Live to crash immediately when I open them in a project - e.g. Raum. I get the error message 'a serious program error has occurred'.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hey @al b, Raum should be compatible with Monterey with its latest update.

I can see your computer is not M1 as well, so it should not be related to this.

Can you tell us which version of Raum you have?

I've updated to Raum 1.2.2. I've tried restarting my laptop a few times as well, but alas that hasn't worked.

Not sure what it could be!

Are you connected to internet when the crashes happen ?

Hi @Jeremy_NI, yes I am connected to the internet when the crash happens. It crashes when I'm also disconnected. Raum seems to be the main culprit.

@al b Are you running Ableton in Rosetta mode ? How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta

Does that make a difference if you do ? Also make sure to give Full Disk Access to Ableton: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Thanks Jeremy. I've now given Full Disk Access to Ableton / Native Access and that has worked. Thanks so much!
