Traktor S4 clipping with decks stopped

Hi all,

Macbookpro software High Sierra v 10.13.6

I'm facing now some issues on my traktor that I never had before. these clipping/ crackling. the most interesting is that it happens just with traktor on, CPU is low, gain are at the lowest level. So don't know what else I can do to sort this. I've read the article about clipping and did what suggested there. Any more tips? Can't see much on Youtube that helps.

Can be USB ports, cables? My traktor has a few years already as well as my macbook but never had issues.

    So no tracks are being played? No FX on? No inputs?

    Sound like those weird feedback loops.

    Hi @DJDASILVAOFFICIAL curious, can you check if the crackling noise stops when nudging the jog wheel?

    If so, check the jog wheel tension. Try setting it below 50 and see if you can still replicate the issue.
