Arpeggiator Hold

Does anyone know how to add a Hold Function for Sequencer to repeat endlessly in the ensemble attached below? Or better yet; having the Sequencer trigger notes by Pitch and Gate Out instead of using just the VCA. Any help would be most appreciated.
