Can I get "echo Loop" effect please?

Hey guys, I have been looking for the "echo loop" effect which is found in the DENON DN-X 1500 Mixer as you can listen to here please:

which I am now being told is called a "freeze" effect and comes with some delay fx plugins.

I would prefer to get a hardware fx machine which does this echo loop but this doesn't seem to exist so I am seeking a plugin alternative.

Searching the net for a Delay plugin with "freeze" effect I came across this Traktor 12 DJ Effects in your DAW page and playing the Demo Tracks on this page, at around the 1.17 spot I can hear the snare beats repeating so I am thinking this might work.

Can anyone tell me if only way to get this effect would be to purchase Guitar Rig 6 please? Thanks,

    Traktor 12 was discontinued as a standalone product and is now only included with Guitar Rig 6 Pro.

    Just to confirm guys, that echo loop effect in the Denon Miver video, that effect is caused by the "freeze" function, is this accurate please?

    Also, looking in gig rig 6, I am seeing many utilities, can anyone tell me exactly which one I can try which will give the same fx mentioned in the Demo at the 1.17 or so mark?
