The Gentleman VST strange sustain issue

Hi there,

When I am using The Gentleman for some reason it starts using sustain on key press from E3 and higher on my Kontakt s88 keyboard, it's just this VST though and it does it even with my sustain pedal unplugged so I know for sure its this VST being strange. Anyone experienced this?

    I just checked this out and it is actually E-5 and above (this is based on the fact that when this happens it is triggering the Dry_E5 Group of Samples.) Just clarifying...I am not sure why!!
