Can anyone help me locate missing libraries from Kontakt player?

I just set up Kontakt player yesterday and loaded several Kontakt libraries as well as 3rd party ones. Everything went well. Even figured out how to find the path to and set up Guitar rig in Reaper. But Mikro Prism and TRK-01 are still missing. I've tried installing them several times.

What's really confusing is they are in the same location as all the other libraries - users\public\documents\Mikro Prism, etc.

Would appreciate any help. I've spent hours on this and haven't even gotten to enjoy the new libraries yet.

    Mikro Prism and TRK-01 are Reaktor Ensembles, so you would load them in the Reaktor Player, not Kontakt.
