where are nks previews stored?

ive just rebuilt my pc after my main hard drive died containing all of my kontakt libraries .

ive reinstalled most of my librarys but there a few i no longer use so to save hard drive space in not installed them but there still showing up in komplete kontrol and there nks previews are still there playing there previews.

where are they installed and is it ok too delete there folders so they dont show up ?

    They are stored all over the place, depends on the instrument.

    I think some of the Kontakt/Battery ones are not "NKS" files but the actual preset files for those instruments so possibly delet8ing them deleted the preset from the instrument but if you dont have the instrument that wouldn't matter.

    Should be able to right-click a preset and "find"

    thanks ill give it a try..

    is there any way too hide any missing products in komplete kontrol?

    ive hid them in kontakt but they still show up in kk.

    Nope, need to remove the files manually. It's been asked but....
