No download link after purchasing Komplete 13 ultimate boxed bundle and play box

I ordered both of these items 6 days ago and haven't received any shipping confirmation or download link to download playbox. what is happening . My credit card was already charged the full amount and you can't get ahold of anyone to speak with.

Have you used the wizard to create a ticket with Webshop Support. That is currently the only way to resolve your issue.
