Updates are not downloading - Network Timeouts.

Native Access indicates that I have four updates available including the latest Kontakt Mac Silicon update. When I click on update there's no download progress on any of the four available. A console trace shows a series of network timeouts. Obviously there's no issue with my network connection so this looks like an issue on the NI side. Anyone else experiencing this issue. I need to get this unstuck.

    Hey @Adamalthus I was just about to send you this article: Native Access: "Waiting for connection" but saw that you've tried all the steps + opened a support ticket already. Keep us updated on how it goes.

    @Fordela Try to turn off Private Relay in iCloud Monterey Preferences.

    Hi @Fordela Native Access works fine after the OP turned off Private Relay. Can you try turning it off on your end to see if it helps?

    I can confirm that the issue was with Private Relay. The problem resolved once I turned it off.

    I’m assuming that NI will make the required fixes to Native Access soon to address this problem but for now we have a workaround.
