Last 2 updates and network errors

Hi the last 2 updates have not worked for me and keep geting a message to send the contents of an error dump to native instrements does anybody know how to rectify this as the only way i can DJ is by going into the Traktor 3 backup and selecting a later version.

Also just recently no matter what track i try to load from my Beatport link playlists i get a download network error saying the files might be corrupted or missing but either way i cannot load any tracks does anybody know what might be causeing this.

No havnt managed to fix the Update problem as of yet
