Missing software

Hi,

I am trying to sell my Komplete Audio 1 (because I am more than disappointed with the product and its support). NI advice of license transfer is that I should only transfer the hardware serial number, since the new owner will automatically receive the software supplements. What are these SW supplements? Are Monark, Replika, Phasis, Solid Bus Comp included in these supplements? Why are these SW not included in the list of transferable software, although I have bought these with the product?

Because you don't transfer the software, you transfer only the hardware. The purchaser will get the same software as you got when you bought and registered the hardware. You also keep a licence for that software in your account so you can continue using it even though you don't have the hardware.
