Credit card has different address, payment does not go through, how can i pay?

I've tried a million times to get information on this software with no luck. The UK office was the only one to email back and the told me to ask the German office but not to expect help. So I just decide to suck it up and pay for the $400 update and it won't take my payment because the card I'm using has a PO box for a billing address but my home address is on their too so what's the problem? Is there anyone who can help?!!!

Thank you so much, I had to call the bank and do an override check something and it looks like it went through. I'll keep that address though in case something happens during the download. This nightmare is almost over, again, thank you, should I tell the group I've figured it out?

A suggestion: If Paypal is available in your country, you might consider using that. 80% of everything I buy online is paid for by way of Amazon. 18% is through Paypal. That's almost 1 out of every 5 things I buy.
