Free Pro4 Upgrade with X1 MK3

Hi folks, this is my third attempt to resolve this, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I recently purchased Traktor's X1 Mk3 from my local Dj Store, which came with the free upgrade to Pro4. There is no clue in the box how to get this upgrade. I have reached out to NI via email twice. Crickets. Can someone please advise step by step how to complete this? I feel that my only remaining option is to take this up legally as false advertising. Thanks, Cal

So, I can now get as far as the chat thingy, but it’s stuck on the whirling circle of doom!! I can’t seem to start the chat 🫣🤦💩

Looks like they may have changed it a little since I needed to use it but essentially log into your account, choose "Support" from the top menus, choose Traktor then go through the "chat assistant" in the lower right corner … you should end up with a support ticket that will get resolved.
