Hi, last night i had a gig with 3x CDJ-2000NXS hardware. They where connected using an active USB-hub. The unfortunate occasion happend the power plug gets disconnected from the USB hub. Traktor quit immediately. No crashlog was made.

The laptop was powered by the USB hub as well (USB-C) so there was also a change of power source.

The USB-hub is this one: https://www.thomann.de/nl/reloop_stand_hub.htm

Luckily i was not using the laptop at that particular moment. I just switched to a track from my SSD so the crowd didn't even notice the failure :-). However the track was playing with the fader shut.

    Hi Allan,

I was using the Pioneer CDJ ASIO drivers.

Unfortunately this is a known issue with the CDJ ASIO drivers, we recommend using your mixer as a soundcard directly whenever possible.
