Massive failure to load error

I keep getting Massive failed to load error messages, i have reinstalled several times from Native Access, maybe a complete delete and reinstall?

    @TRSpencer Do you mean it fails to load in a DAW? In standalone? Native Access ? Can you post a screenshot of the error message? What is your operating system?

    fails to load on my MK3 when i try to load a sound. on the screen of my MK3 it keeps saying Massive failed to load Ive reinstalled it several times using Native Access

    What's your operating system? Can you share a screenshot of ther error message on your Maschine software? Are you able to open Massive in standalone?
