Komplete 14 Standard and Komplete 14 update

I have purchased these two products Komplete 14 standard and Komplete 14 update. I added the serial numbers in Native Access to register the products. I cannot see anything relating to Komplete 14 in Native access to date. Please help.

Hi @Songwriter48 it looks like the serials are successfully registered on your account. Maybe you can tell us which products are missing on Native Access?

The products that are missing are Komplete 14. When a new product is purchased and registered the products should be added to Native Access. I don't see a Komplete 14 anywhere. Thanks

Your case is different. You have specific products not showing, I think the other guy was searching for an entry called Komplete 14, not understanding this is the name of the bundle, which will never appear in NA, since only the composing products can be installed.

In your case I would try to restart everything (computer included)

Are the 2 products listed in My products and Serials under your account in NI website? Did you at least received the email confirmation?

If you have Komplete 14 licence and Komplete 14 Update licence, you have effectively two Komplete 14 licences. NA shows what may be installed, not how many licences of given plugin one has.

In your case, you may install K14 plugins on up to six computers and use it on two computers at the same time (up to two "users" at given time.).

If you do not need so many installations and do not need to be allowed to use it as two users, you may sell one licence, as it brings you nothing, you would need.
