Current State of Native Access

It is illogical to have a piece of software that obstructs customers from using their purchased products and causes users issues in general. The purpose of Native Access is to make it easier for customers to access and manage their Native Instruments products, but the current state of the software does the exact opposite.

It makes no sense for your company to be so keen on blocking pirated versions of your software when you charge hundreds of dollars for a paid, broken version. As a paying customer, I expect the software to work properly and allow me to use my purchased products without any issues.

I urge you to take action to address these issues and fix Native Access as soon as possible. Your customers deserve a functioning software that works as intended and does not cause any unnecessary problems.

Since the primary purpose of Native Access is to provide users with a way to install and keep their software current, how would you expect it to work? An interface to the post office? Or was this just a generic whining session with no other purpose than to whine?

Do you have to use native access to use the software?

I only know of traktor which does not need access after it's installed.

You're not actually mentioning anything about the issue but here's what you should consider if you want to fix this error. You need to disable or make exceptions for NA and the NTKDaemon with the following:

    • VPN
    • Web Proxy
    • Network Security Software
    • Antivirus
